Neighborhood Inc. is a local development company that began in 1999. The founders of the company have over 25 years of homebuilding experience prior to pursuing land development. Since its inception, Neighborhood Inc. has established a reputation for developing quality projects and following through on their commitments to current property owners and future residents. Their team is broadly respected in the Spokane, Tri-Cities and North Idaho communities.
Neighborhood Inc. continues to turn blighted land into beautiful communities. The finest examples include Mill River, in Coeur d’Alene, ID, and Coyote Rock, in Spokane Valley, WA. Our team works with the local communities and non-profit organizations to bring amenities to the areas in which we develop. For example, in Rathdrum, 10 acres of land was donated for a community park, in Coeur d’Alene land was donated for the US bank call center which brought in over 400 jobs to the area, and most recently we worked with the City of Coeur d’Alene to donate and improve land for a waterfront park and beach in Johnson Mill River Park on the Spokane River. Neighborhood Inc. has committed itself to creating neighborhoods of enduring value that will pass the test of time.
