The Big Bottom 400 is a 400 watt, all tube, bass amp for the discerning bassist, loaded with six 6550's and a myriad of preamp flavors like EF86, 12AT7, 12AU7, and 12AX7. Tube rectifiers with Zener Filtering (a uniquely adjustable sag technique, designed by BCA), provide the player yet another way to adjust their rate of attack. The versatility of the 4-band parametric EQ and dual channels with effects loop, dual balanced XLR outputs for DI and Tuner-both pad adjustable, impedance selector, two power level output jacks, selectable power settings from 25 to 400 watts, and front panel headphone output make this the right amp for any occasion. You can push one tiny little 8 inch speaker with 25 watts or jack-in four 8 X 10 cabs with 400 watts. You get the idea.
